As a retailer to our community, we are committed to serving your needs. Homeowners and businesses depend on us for services, as do many other institutions. We are prioritizing our inventory supplies and doing our best to keep in-demand items well-stocked.

In accordance with the Ontario stay-at-home order, Preston Hardware is taking all necessary steps to ensure the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers and community. For this reason we are once again closed to the general public, however we encourage all customers to place orders by telephone and/or email. We offer free home delivery and touchless curbside pick-up. Orders can be placed from the comfort of your home via:

Preston Hardware will prepare your order, provide invoice details, arrange payment and deliver and/or pick-up. Please wait for order confirmation from Preston Hardware before proceeding to the Touchless Curbside Pick-up. We will try our best to get your order to you the same day. Customers with accounts will have their account charged and orders delivered, or touchless curbside pick-up arranged.

We are all observing strict hygiene practices, including more frequent hand washing, use of hand sanitizer and frequent cleaning of equipment. Finally, employees who are feeling unwell, or who feel more comfortable self-isolating are encouraged to stay home.
